Your first visit 

I am so excited to meet you!

The process begins when you apply for an IBE Application form.

Once you’ve submitted the form, I will review it and get back to you by email or text. Please allow 2-3 business days for a reply.

While the application forms are very thorough and designed to give me all the information I need, we will also recap everything on the day of your appointment. I will always make sure we are BOTH 100% confident and on the same page before beginning the service.

 

You'll receive a text reminder 72 hours before each visit with an option to confirm or reschedule your visit.

The Studio is located in the same plaza as Leanh’s  Chinese Restaurant and

Paw Zazz Pet Salon on Nova Road.

My door is under the sign of “STUDIO 78”.

There is a parking lot directly in front of the salon.

when you arrive so I can unlock the door.

Once you arrive I’ll introduce myself and recap our plan for the day.

If you have any ideas or special requests please let me know ahead of time so I can be fully prepared to give you the hair of your dreams!

I have plenty of drinks and snacks available to make your appointment as enjoyable as possible.

Your first appointment

These initial installs are usually major transformations and can take anywhere from 4-8 hours. Please plan accordingly and be ready to spend the day together! Please feel free to bring a book, a laptop or headphones for work, watching Netflix or listening to podcasts.

Once we’re finished with your transformation we’ll take plenty of photos and get you set up for follow up appointments.
